1.) Select Your SMS Keyword From Your Back Office.
Log into your back office in order to choose a unique Keyword you would like to use for your campaign. The keyword you choose is assigned to you permanently and may not be changed. The keyword can be your brand, business name, or any word consumers can easily remember and associate with your business. (Example: If your business name is Joe's Pizzeria, you may want to use "joes", or "pizza", or "joespizza", or "delivery", or "hungry".)
2.) Once Your Account Is Activated, Consumers Can Subscribe Via SMS
In order to receive your alert messages via SMS, consumers must first subscribe via SMS. They do this by sending a text message containing the word TXTRS plus your KEYWORD to the short code number 368638.
Example: If your keyword is pizza, consumers must text the words txtrs pizza to 368638.
* Must have a space between txtrs and your keyword.
3.) Consumers Follow The Simple Opt-in Process
After the consumer texts TXTRS and your keyword to 368638, our SMS engine will automatically send back an SMS reply requesting the consumer to verify their intent to subscribe to your keyword. After the consumer verifies accordingly, our SMS engine sends them a confirmation. At that point, the new subscriber can start receiving your alert messages via SMS.
4.) Send A Text Broadcast
To broadcast a message, simply login to your back office and select "Send A Text broadcast" from the main menu. Your new message is immediately sent to all your SMS subscribers.
